We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy on all functional luggage and travel accessories. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup. Please ensure all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
